Upon entering this elegant corporate lobby, you are struck by the appealing balance created by natural materials of marble floors, limestone walls, wood paneling, a fountain and planters - all complemented by a shower of both natural and artificial lighting.
The floor tile and base consist of 3,000 SF conventional set 12 x 12 x 1/2" marble of Roja Alacante, Beige Botticino and Negro Marguina. Bold, field cut geometric patterns dominate this lobby making a statement of style and sophistication.
The wall tile consists of 5,000 SF of 18 x 18 x 5/8", St. Martin Belle Roche Flamed French limestone capped with 2 x 2 x 30" pieces of bullnose is set 6’ high throughout, creating cool walls.
The fountain and planter area feature 12 x 40" pieces of curved limestone coping.
The richness of the lobby is carried through to the elevator cabs which contain epoxy set 21 x 41 x 1/4" marble panels of fiberglass backed Roja Allacante wall tiles.
There are ten columns standing guard in this majestic lobby, covered in French limestone and crowned with cognac colored marble with black diamonds.
